Finnable has been certified as a Great Place To Work for 2025, following an independent assessment of employee feedback and workplace practices.
The Great Place To Work® certification is based on a confidential survey that evaluates employee experiences across areas such as trust, credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie at the workplace. The assessment reflects how employees experience the organisation’s culture, leadership approach, and day-to-day working environment.
This recognition comes at a time when Finnable continues to scale its digital lending platform, expand partnerships, and build products designed for salaried, digitally active Indians. As the business grows, maintaining a strong internal culture remains a key focus area for the company.
2025 marked a series of wins for us, spanning business growth, product innovation, and customer experience. During the year, closed a ₹500 crore equity raise, led by Z47 and TVS Capital Funds, strengthening our ability to invest in technology, partnerships, and long-term platform growth. We were also featured on a Forbes list highlighting emerging companies, received industry recognition through the ETBFSI Awards, and earned multiple awards for customer experience excellence.
